TRACY'S BACKGROUND
 When Tracy was two years old, her African-American family moved into a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood. In the fourth grade, Tracy was a member of the first group of Negro children bussed to a previously all-white school. She was the "first or
only" black person in more situations than she can count. Still, Tracy completed her
education, and successfully climbed the corporate ladder to become a highly respected
Human Resources executive. Then she started a consulting and training
firm which has received national recognition. Tracy can share with you what it takes to
succeed in spite of racism because she's done it!
